Don't know about you , but I'm always much warmer in an apartment, and no matter how warm a house is, I feel cold. Now that it's winter, how do you keep warm? Even now my toes are cold. Brrr...

Oh boy, I do feel the cold and have been trying to not turn the heating up, due to ridiculous prices - I borrow my DDs throws usually, to keep my feet warm on the sofa! We've had COLD here, moreso than usual - down to about -11C I believe, BRRRR!

Heck the high was -11 C last week. We've had -28 C, fortunately I was on holidays! Today was warm at about -2 C.
I've been drinking Chai, Ginseng tea, Lemon Ginseng tea, Korean Citrus (Yuzu) Honey tea, Hot water, etc...

Your high was -11? We had that temp some places last week, and I think that's almost the coldest on record for us across the pond, BRRR!

Today is -23C + wind chill = -33C , but since the sun came up it's only -23C.
Someone told me that if a person concentrates on deep stomach breathing for 5-10 minutes, then their circulation gets better. Not sure I beleive it. But I suppose it's similar to doing exercise.

Dy - that is just TOO cold, BRRRRRRR! It's been milder here the last couple of days at about 6-8C or so - I prefer cold weather to hot, but I'm not sure I could deal with -23!!!

Well, our high temp today was about 81F which is just about right for me. ;D I really don't like being cold so I've got a flannel very goofy looking but warm robe that I wear around the house when there's a chill in the air. And socks much of the time - do not like cold feet! We're supposed to have a cold front tonight although I don't know how cold it's supposed to be. It could go from 81 to under freezing in a day. *please no, please no*
My preference is always sunny (lots of sun) and warm.

Although the beach where we've spent time before is still a wreck from the hurricane.

I have to admit it's not the most pretty of the Greek islands but the way the people there make you feel so welcome makes up for that. And of course there's the sunshine ;D ;D

And of course there's the sunshine ;D ;D Galveston, where we've been the most over recent years, is about a 5 hour drive. That's where DS/DIL lived for a couple of years. We could also go to Padre Island by Corpus Christi, but that's about an 8 hour drive.
No wonder you look forward to Kos!

No wonder you look forward to Kos! That's actually quite a drive to get to the beach then. Wasn't there a song about Galveston?

Wow, good memory. Yes, it's a Glen Campbell song. I Googled it to look at the lyrics again.
